Woman breathing fresh air during coronavirus

We've had many people asking us whether we are open or not and whether it is safe to receive a massage at home.

We are proud to be in the business of providing physical and mental health improving services. Accordingly, there is no higher priority for us than the wellness of our customers and providers. This page shows our current operational status during Coronavirus restrictions in London.

We wish you continued good health in both body and mind as we all progress together through this unfortunate epidemic.

LATEST UPDATE:

19 December 2020

Whilst London is in Tier 4, as permitted under the most recent government guidelines (19th December 2020), you can book essential at-home deep tissue, sports and physio style massage treatments to protect and restore your health.

1 December 2020

We are pleased to report that with the national lockdown ending on 2 December 2020 and London being classified as a Tier 2 area, in accordance with Government rules and regulations, we are able to offer our full range of home delivery massage services again from 2 December 2020.

You can book any of our whole range of massage treatments, including the various relaxation styles, from this date. Our professional, mobile massage therapists will be on call to visit you at your home or hotel on demand to help you destress both mentally and physically in these trying times.

Remember: stay safe and please continue to abide by our enhanced safety rules for your own, and our therapists, protection. That way we can all continue to enjoy receiving and giving some of the best therapeutic massages in London!

9 November 2020

We are currently only able to offer essential health treatments, in accordance with latest Government guidelines. These are our Essential Deep Tissue and Sports treatments, each of which are specifically designed to protect, maintain and restore health. All other treatment styles are suspended for the time being.

We will update this page with any further updates as they become available and look forward to massaging London better again soon!

Stay safe, stay happy, stay healthy!

4 November 2020
In accordance with latest Government regulations, we have suspended non-essential relaxation style treatments from 5 November 2020 until at least 2 December 2020.

15 October 2020
Yes, we're open and operating safely in accordance with Government guidelines!

Therapies which aim to protect, maintain and restore wellness, such as therapeutic massage services, continue to be allowed to operate on a mobile basis in Tier 2 (and Tier 3) locations under current Coronavirus regulations in England.

Our therapists therefore continue to be able, and available on demand, to offer home visit treatments.  Our treatments continue to be provided under our updated safety guidelines. These have been in place since 13 July 2020 and further details on our procedures are in the next section below.

Health is what we're all about - so please feel confident that it still remains, and will continue to remain, of top priority. We continue to monitor latest government advice and will always operate under the recommended and any best practice guidelines.

22 March 2020

We are temporarily closed. All operations are currently suspended whilst the coronavirus epidemic continues.

We have temporarily ceased all operations to help reduce the spread of Coronavirus and COVID-19, the disease caused by the virus. This is in line with Government advice and the right thing to do in the current environment. Oh, and as a customer of ours, you'll already know our therapists do great hands-on massages - which is not really possible from a distance of 2 metres away!

In the meantime, we have provided some easy to follow tips on how to stay healthy during a lockdown.

We find cooking is a great way to relax. Bearing in mind that we are all probably exercising a little less than usual, we have also put together 3 easy to source and make recipes to boost your immune system.

Please keep yourselves safe and stay indoors. We will provide a further update when we have further information on a date when we will be able to start taking bookings again.

15 March 2020

The spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) has been a matter of key focus for us over the past weeks. It is our goal to make sure you and our entire team stay safe and healthy while using our services during the coming days and weeks.

To that end, we have been regularly monitoring advice from the Government, the NHS and the World Health Organization, as well as local London updates from the Mayor of London.

In the event we are notified that a therapist is exhibiting symptoms of any illness, that individual is immediately removed from our system until they have been medically cleared. To date, we have had no such instances.

We know that massage and other wellness services are crucial for stress reduction and maintaining a strong immune system, and as we work together to bring you wellness, we ask that you pay attention to your own health. Please follow all NHS and WHO recommendations. If you feel ill or are displaying fever or respiratory symptoms, you should not book a treatment and self-isolate.

Our therapists have been instructed to cancel any appointment immediately upon attendance if they feel the customer is showing signs of fever or respiratory symptoms. Customers can also cancel any appointment which was booked during the Coronavirus epidemic with no cancellation charge.

We hope you agree this is the right approach to protect the safety of both our therapists and the whole community at large.

Staying Safe During Coronavirus

DO

1. Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds each time after touching anything outside or from outside. One kind customer sent us the following image, which shows the effect of washing your hands properly with soap for an extended period of time. Click it to see a larger version.

2. Only go outside for essentials (food, exercise, care or work reasons).

3. Work from home if you possibly can.

4. If you do have to go out, wear a mask and try to stay at least 2 metres away from all other people at all times. This means if you are walking to the grocery shop and someone is on the same pavement, you should cross over the road or move away so that you pass each other more than 2 metres apart.
