How we select our therapists

Every therapist on our platform goes through a selection process before their first appointment. It starts with an application review and a one-to-one interview. Not a tick-box exercise. A real conversation about their background, how they work, and how they handle the less straightforward moments that come with mobile massage.

Shortlisted therapists then complete a trial session and a practical assessment. We look at technique, but also at how they communicate, how they navigate a client's home, and how they handle pressure. Before going live, therapists also receive guidance from us on topics that most platforms never cover: client communication, journey planning, and how to handle inappropriate requests clearly and confidently. Our therapists deserve that support. Our clients deserve to know it happens.

Once active, therapists can access further training whenever they want it. Technique refinement, specific treatment training, or simply talking through a situation they found difficult. The result is a network of therapists who are not just qualified, but genuinely prepared for what mobile work in London actually involves.
