Every therapist on our platform goes through a selection process before their first appointment. It starts with an application review and a one-to-one interview. Not a tick-box exercise. A real conversation about their background, how they work, and how they handle the less straightforward moments that come with mobile massage.
Shortlisted therapists then complete a trial session and a practical assessment. We look at technique, but also at how they communicate, how they navigate a client's home, and how they handle pressure.
